The agreement establishes a strategic alliance, focusing on joint marketing and distribution of 4PatientCare’s service.
The agreement provides voice-enabled scheduling to UDENT’s rapidly expanding customer base of dental professionals (dentists, orthodontists, etc.) The system enables dental patients to make, change, cancel, and confirm appointments, or leave a voice mail via the phone or the Internet 24 hours a day. In addition, the system provides automatic outbound calling for appointment confirmation. The innovative alliance provides dentists with a web site complete with the 4PatientCare voice-enabled scheduling service. The dentist can choose from a variety of templates, to completely customize his or her site and scheduling features such as days and times available, task preferences, priorities, etc.
